May 20, 2013: Dr. Alan Meyers, Children's HealthWatch Co-Principal Investigator, published a paper titled, "Health of Children Classified as Underweight by CDC Reference by Normal by WHO Standard" in Pediatrics. 

May 15, 2013: Children's HealthWatch releases a summary of our new research on the negative health impacts of the loss of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits due to small increases in income. Children's HealthWatch believes this research illustrates that cutting SNAP in the 2013 Farm Bill would result in real deterimental health impacts.   

May, 14 2013: Children's HealthWatch releases a statement about the importance of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) to Children's Health. As pediactric researchers, Children's HealthWatch's Principal Investigator's strongly believe that the SNAP program should be protected and stregnthened in the 2013 Farm Bill.
