Where 'Hospital Food' Takes on a New Meaning

Dr. Diana Cutts, the assistant chief of pediatrics at Hennepin County Medical Center and researcher at Children's HealthWatch, said that when a child suffers from hunger, the experience can send ripples into the larger community, such as if a child fall behind his or her classmates and requires special education.
