Witnesses to Hunger hosted  "Public Health Solutions for Child Hunger: A Conversation with USDA Under Secretary Concannon and Local Leaders."

Mr. Concannon discussed the public health implications of the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act ,as well as what Philadelphia can do to implement the new law.  The Under Secretary joined Witnesses to Hunger in partnership with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the Philadelphia Department of Public Health, and Drexel University School of Public Health.
